I know Asus Prime X399-A is the cheapest, but it lacks M.2 slot, dual-bios, and WiFi-AC at same price range ASRock Tai Chi offers the better option, so Asus Prime X399-A is not on the list. MSI always has better bios than the other competitor, but Gigabyte better RGB software plus Gigabyte has more fan headers, ASRock Tai Chi has the cheaper WiFi chip and no dual bios but it at the best value of money. To ensures overlocking stability and processor lifespan, it is better to choose the one which already specific coolers made for Threadripper, or it won’t perform as well as this as the processor won’t be fully covered.
